I support the Business Units in describing their needs (RUNs and evolutions) and transcribing them into functional solutions:
Supporting the business (Agile methodology): help with writing the expression of need, writing functional specifications (including security and compliance requirements) and US ;
Review of detailed technical specs (sequence diagrams, encryption, tokens, cookies).
Contribution to roadmap development and budget validation;
Prioritization of RUN backlog and evolutions;
Provide functional expertise on applications within its scope in the event of an incident (level 3 support);
Translate end-to-end business processes into IS functionalities;
Liaise between the Business
Units and IT partners, including 5 Front/Back-end devs;
Drawing up acceptance specifications and monitoring validation of functional test cases with 2 QAs.
Project referent during workshops with the Group’s digital architect;
Technological watch on business uses to anticipate changes and advise the Business Units.
