Overview

As eCommerce Product Owner at PUIG, I have made a significant contribution to improving online shopping experiences in over 15 international markets, including the USA, Brazil, England and Europe.


I design and implement cross-brand functionalities that contribute to strengthening the online presence of the PUIG Group, in particular the Rabanne brand, and to satisfying the needs of its global clientele.


Responsible for monitoring the team’s development cycle, I liaise with regional, IT and divisional teams to ensure successful delivery. To carry out these projects, I was supported by a multidisciplinary team comprising a techlead, two back-end developers, two front-end developers, a graphic designer, two quality assurance (QA) specialists, and a Scrum Master. We followed the AGILE methodology to ensure quality and speed of project execution.

How does it work?

Vehicles use a variety of sensors aimed at improving safety and the driving experience in the vehicle. This data is available for in-vehicle application development, but this Web API provides vehicle data from outside the vehicle.

Global rebranding: new graphic charter, new logo

I witnessed the reorganization of the company following the acquisition of Eurosport by the American company Discovery from TF1. This was followed by a global overhaul (new logo, new charter) and a new strategy focused on performance.

As Web/Mobile UX Product Manager, I contributed to the graphic and functional redesign of the home page and the functionalities of the online space, in line with the rebranding guidelines. I also actively participated in the integration of new advertising and tracking tools.

I designed A/B testing scenarios with the Optimizely tool, with a view to optimizing Eurosport Player’s conversion rate and the visibility of ads on the Article page.

Our hypotheses, based on numerical user interaction data (time spent on the page, scrolling, clicks, conversion rate…), enabled us to identify areas of visitor activity and test variations.

As a consultant in the Digital and Connected Vehicle Department, here are the 5 projects I’m managing:

  • Renault Classic, a special department within the Marketing Department of the French car brand Renault. This department maintains, renovates and exhibits the Renault group’s historic vehicles.
  • L’Atelier Renault, the Renault brand’s international showcase, located on the Champs-Élysées in Paris.
  • Road safety, including the “Tes Idées Tes Initiatives” competition, aimed at schools around the world, with a particular focus on students aged 15 to 17.
  • Mobilize, an innovative program designed to overcome the barriers to mobility faced by vulnerable populations by offering car purchase and rental (LOA) services
  • Electric vehicle simulators, deployed at commercial sites in 32 countries
